FAILURES ARE NOT FAILURES

FAILURES ARE NOT FAILURES

Failure is an absolute pre-requisite for success. You learn to succeed by failing. -Brian Tracy

Everyone fears failure No body will be getting successes always or failures always. Only thing is you can't have success without failures. It may sound crazy - or a little absurd - but the truth is that you can't be successful without having a few failures along the way. Successes are usually just enjoyed; rarely are they analyzed to see what made them work. Failures, on the other hand, if we are aware of them (and we are not always aware of them), bring us up sharp and lead us to learn what we can do to do better next time. The real test of a success is whether or not it has self-correcting mechanisms, not whether it always gets things right the first time out. In order to develop those self-correcting mechanisms, it must learn from its failures. Without failure you wouldn't know what success is. You need that reference point. Sort of like hot and cold - you know when water is hot because you've touched water when it is cold.
And you can't have success without failure.

Failure can be a blessing in disguise. How do you learn if you don't examine the past? We can learn what doesn’t work. Then we can find what does. Failure is a much better teacher than success. Success makes our heads swell; failure makes us stop, look and listen. If we add “Learn” to this sequence, then failure becomes the first step to success. Stop-Look-Listen-Learn; that’s the way to profit from failure. Thomas Edison failed over 1,000 times before he finally found the right combination of elements to make a light bulb work. He learned from his failures. He used his failures as a benchmark - and avoided repeating them. He improved on his failures. And - HE NEVER GAVE UP!

Too many people give up just when their on the verge of success.

Why?

Because that's what they're used to doing. That's what their mind and subconscious mind are used to doing. That's their method of living - when it gets tough - give up and start again. Always hoping that success will come - but they make the same mistakes - because their subconscious is programmed for failure. It doesn't have to be that way. Learn from your failures. Consider a failure or setback a stepping stone to success. Look for opportunities in every failure or setback. Reprogram your mind and subconscious mind - so that you are tuned to success.

Begin attracting success

Be a magnet for success Every setback or failure contains an opportunity for you to learn, improve and grow. It's a sign that you are making progress – but have to make some adjustment in order to experience tremendous success. If you don't learn, grow or discover the opportunity in the setback or failure - then you become stagnant and discouraged. Examine every failure or setback - step by step and you'll discover the opportunity, you'll learn something new and you'll grow - that's what will allow you to enjoy success. So why don't you see these opportunities? Because you're conditioned to focus only on what is wrong.

The attitude of people all over the world is usually negative. However, one of the most essential ingredients of success is failure. That is, failure is part of success irrespective of one's perspective. Human beings should learn to accommodate some levels of failure and pick from the failure essential lessons which could reposition the person.

Learn from mistakes

Your mind and subconscious mind are used to focusing only on the failure and not learning from the mistakes. Your mind and subconscious mind are powerful tools, incredible allies - that can throw you to success or doom you to failure. It all depends on how you train them. Unfortunately nobody ever taught you how to think and succeed. Nobody ever taught you how to instruct the awesome power of your subconscious mind. Now there is a way You can turn failure into success. You can live your dreams. You can attract success. You can manifest abundance Remember -- you got only one life and one chance. Make the most of it. Stop defeating yourself, stop limiting yourself. Create all the success you want and deserve in life

• Learn from failure by identifying, analyzing, and discussing it, and through deliberate experimentation and risk-taking.
• It is important to learn from small everyday failures rather than wait for a catastrophe to force change.
• Break down tasks and provide feedback and specific information on mistakes right away. Use the failure data to educate the organization.
Failure breeds success. Every failure is an opportunity to learn; Record actions on the risk register for monitoring purposes.

I am not judged by the number of times I fail, but by the number of times I succeed… and the number of times I succeed is in direct proportion to the number of times I can fail and keep on trying. -Tom Hopkins
