STRESS MANAGEMENT

You can MANAGE STRESS very well !

Life is neither a bed of roses nor a bed of thorns. We face challenges every day. We try to meet all the challenges. When challenges become threat, we doubt our ability to do even simple things and problems appear insoluble. Our body system manages to meet all the challenges. In the process, we also build up and accumulate pressures. When we feel the external pressures are exceeding the internal resources we have, we feel unhappy. Mentally, we feel dejected. One day we feel all these pressures overpower us, our working, our thinking capacity, etc. Stressful conditions may be different from person to person. What one person experiences as stress may be a stimulating factor for another. Every human being experiences stress at one point of time or other. We feel the burn-out and depression. Stress is something beyond tension and anxiety.

What is Stress ?

It is the physical and mental response of the body to demands made upon it. It is the direct result of our reaction to outside events. It is the situation where the body response system loses the power to ‘fight’ the problems. Now, it is the ‘flight’ situation. (fight or flight type). It all depends how we perceive things happening in the outer world. In a layman’s language, we can call the ‘stress’, as wear and tear of our body system.

Symptoms of Stress:

Feelings of alarm, depression, frustration or apathy. It may include mental, social, and physical manifestations.
Faster heart beat
Tensed muscles
Head aches
Increased sweating
Sudden lack of joy, spontaneity, happiness, or enthusiasm
Outbursts of anger or crying
Intolerance to people
Increase in irritability towards people
Over reacting to minor problems
Difficulty in concentrating
Dry mouth
Sleeplessness or over sleeping
Loss of appetite/increased appetite
Difficulty in taking even minor decisions
Beginning or increased use of alcohol or drugs (prescription or other)
Hypersensitivity to noise
Restlessness and/or difficulty being alone
Reduction in efficiency at work
Feeling of nausea
Butterflies in the stomach
Having negative thoughts continuously
Frequent physical illnesses and/or delayed recovery
Persistent nightmares and the recurrence of disturbing dreams
Unexplainable rash
Withdrawal from friends and social situations
If some of these symptoms appear, then we have to handle the situation carefully. When we are in stressful mood, our behaviour may be abnormal, spoiling our relationship with others, etc.

Why Stress ?

Let us analyze the reasons for the stress. In the modern fast world, we have changed our lifestyle very much from our ancestors. Every thing is fast. Some of the reasons, why stress appear are:

Poor planning or Planning is abandoned
Working for longer hours
Wanting to do too much in too little time
Poor time management
Poor tolerance level
Taking hasty decisions without applying mind
Working under pressure
Working against our will
When effectiveness is diminishing
When deadlines are missed
When other persons refuses to understand our position but compelling to do something
When emotions are allowed to be transferred to us

When stress is left unchecked, it will lead you to depression. If depression is left uncared, it will lead you to fatigue. Under fatigue conditions, people generally tend to lose the path to recover. Suicide may be only way available to end all the problems, for those who are under fatigue conditions. Hence, stress has to handled effectively.

To reduce stress:

First, you have to recognize that you are facing stressful conditions.

Good Time Management
Good Planning
Adequate sleep (atleast 6 hours)
Balanced diet (include nutritious ones)
Exercise (Atleast fast walking for about 40 minutes daily)
Meditation or Yoga will help a lot
Develop friendship to share all your feelings
Learn to say NO for unwanted things
Learn to control anger
Learn to avoid arguments. (You can never win over an argument.)
Avoid self medication.
Go for picnic/ vacation to relax from regular busy schedules
Be optimistic always
Set realistic goals
Change the way you look the world

Sometimes, we need stress also to induce us to work better. Unless some deadlines are given, we don’t do the things at full speed. At such conditions, it induces to work effectively. We use the full potentials to finish a particular job or achieve something.

There are many techniques used to reduce stress. Positive Mental Attitude will help you a lot. Try to attend some stress management programmes, wherein some exercises will be used to reduce stress. Some trainers do group therapy, so that all the participants will release their stress.

The type of importance we generally give for a particular event may be reduced to avoid stress. You can learn to anticipate some things to happen. If we prepare ourselves to meet any eventualities, at any point of time, stress will not affect us much. Let us avoid self generated pressures. Imagery of unwanted things may lead to stress. We cannot change the whole world, but we can change our attitude towards the things happening. Learn to know, what you can change, what you cannot change. Go for some physical activities, like gardening or jogging.

One thing be sure, our life is a gift. We can live a life what we want. Believe it we have the power to do so. What we want to achieve, we can achieve. We can care for our body and take adequate rest whenever needed, so that we can reduce stress to a larger extent.

FAILURES ARE NOT FAILURES

Failure is an absolute pre-requisite for success. You learn to succeed by failing. -Brian Tracy

Everyone fears failure No body will be getting successes always or failures always. Only thing is you can't have success without failures. It may sound crazy - or a little absurd - but the truth is that you can't be successful without having a few failures along the way. Successes are usually just enjoyed; rarely are they analyzed to see what made them work. Failures, on the other hand, if we are aware of them (and we are not always aware of them), bring us up sharp and lead us to learn what we can do to do better next time. The real test of a success is whether or not it has self-correcting mechanisms, not whether it always gets things right the first time out. In order to develop those self-correcting mechanisms, it must learn from its failures.Without failure you wouldn't know what success is. You need that reference point. Sort of like hot and cold - you know when water is hot because you've touched water when it is cold.
And you can't have success without failure.

Failure can be a blessing in disguise. How do you learn if you don't examine the past? We can learn what doesn’t work. Then we can find what does. Failure is a much better teacher than success. Success makes our heads swell; failure makes us stop, look and listen. If we add “Learn” to this sequence, then failure becomes the first step to success. Stop-Look-Listen-Learn; that’s the way to profit from failureThomas Edison failed over 1,000 times before he finally found the right combination of elements to make a light bulb work.He learned from his failures. He used his failures as a benchmark - and avoided repeating them. He improved on his failures. And - HE NEVER GAVE UP!

Too many people give up just when their on the verge of success.

Why?

Because that's what they're used to doing. That's what their mind and subconscious mind are used to doing. That's their method of living - when it gets tough - give up and start again. Always hoping that success will come - but they make the same mistakes - because their subconscious is programmed for failure. It doesn't have to be that way. Learn from your failures. Consider a failure or setback a stepping stone to success. Look for opportunities in every failure or setback. Reprogram your mind and subconscious mind - so that you are tuned to success.

Begin attracting success

Be a magnet for success Every setback or failure contains an opportunity for you to learn, improve and grow. It's a sign that you are making progress – but have to make some adjustment in order to experience tremendous success. If you don't learn, grow or discover the opportunity in the setback or failure - then you become stagnant and discouraged. Examine every failure or setback - step by step and you'll discover the opportunity, you'll learn something new and you'll grow - that's what will allow you to enjoy success. So why don't you see these opportunities? Because you're conditioned to focus only on what is wrong.

The attitude of people all over the world is usually negative. However, one of the most essential ingredients of success is failure. That is, failure is part of success irrespective of one's perspective. Human beings should learn to accommodate some levels of failure and pick from the failure essential lessons which could reposition the person.

Learn from mistakes

Your mind and subconscious mind are used to focusing only on the failure and not learning from the mistakes. Your mind and subconscious mind are powerful tools, incredible allies - that can throw you to success or doom you to failure. It all depends on how you train them. Unfortunately nobody ever taught you how to think and succeed. Nobody ever taught you how to instruct the awesome power of your subconscious mind. Now there is a way You can turn failure into success. You can live your dreams. You can attract success. You can manifest abundance Remember -- you got only one life and one chance. Make the most of it. Stop defeating yourself, stop limiting yourself. Create all the success you want and deserve in life

· Learn from failure by identifying, analyzing, and discussing it, and through deliberate experimentation and risk-taking.
· It is important to learn from small everyday failures rather than wait for a catastrophe to force change.
· Break down tasks and provide feedback and specific information on mistakes right away. Use the failure data to educate the organization.
Failure breeds success. Every failure is an opportunity to learn; Record actions on the risk register for monitoring purposes.

I am not judged by the number of times I fail, but by the number of times I succeed… and the number of times I succeed is in direct proportion to the number of times I can fail and keep on trying. -Tom Hopkins

YOU ARE AN ACHIEVER !

Believe it. You are an achiever. Don’t’ ask yourselves Am I an achiever ? , instead tell yourself, ‘ I am an achiever’.

Once upon a time, there was a large mountainside, where an eagle's nest rested. The eagle's nest contained four large eagle eggs. One day an earthquake rocked the mountain causing one of the eggs to roll down the mountain, to a chicken farm, located in the valley below. The chickens knew that they must protect and care for the eagle's egg, so an old hen volunteered to nurture and raise the large egg. One day, the egg hatched and a beautiful eagle was born. Sadly, however, the eagle was raised to be a chicken. Soon, the eagle believed he was nothing more than a chicken. The eagle loved his home and family, but his spirit cried out for more. While playing a game on the farm one day, the eagle looked to the skies above and noticed a group of mighty eagles soaring in the skies. "Oh," the eagle cried, "I wish I could soar like those birds." The chickens roared with laughter, "You cannot soar with those birds. You are a chicken and chickens do not soar." The eagle continued staring, at his real family up above, dreaming that he could be with them. Each time the eagle would let his dreams be known, he was told it couldn't be done. That is what the eagle learnt to believe. The eagle, after time, stopped dreaming and continued to live his life like a chicken. Finally, after a long life as a chicken, the eagle passed away.
The moral of the story: 'You become what you believe you are; so if you ever dream to become an eagle follow your dreams, not the words of a chicken'.

While we can fly like an eagle, unfortunately, some of us underestimate ourselves, our inner power and limit ourselves. This is an obstacle to our progress.

Just analyse, what the achievers have something different from you. If they can achieve something, why not you ? They have the same physiology like you. Only the strategies differ. Only the working patterns differ. If your present strategy is not working or giving you the results as expected, change it. If you continue to follow the same strategy, you will continue to get the same results.

Men take only their needs into consideration, never their abilities.- Napoleon Bonaparte

How to become an achiever ?

1. Focus on making the right decisions.
2. Get your subconscious mind to help you attract the right situations and people that can help you improve your life.
3. You can do this by not worrying about making the wrong decision. Instead, constantly think of making only the right decisions.
4. Tell yourself that you are making the
Tell yourself that you are attracting the right people and situations thatwill help you achieve your goals.Once you\'ve started creating positive energy - you can instruct your mindand subconscious mind to help you make the right choices, attract theright people and the right situations so that you create the life youwant.
5. Tell yourself that you are attracting the right people and situations that will help you achieve your goals.

Be Consistent

You might have watched children learning to walk. Initially the child may fall down many times, but it never stopped trying. The child is putting consistent efforts to stand up and walk. Be consistent in your efforts.

Take the Failures as Feedbacks

Failures are not failures in one sense. They are the feedbacks, how you have done or performed. You learn from the feedback and change your working next time. If you are working in the right way, you ought to have right results. Hence, do not get disturbed by seeing the initial failures; because, they are not failures. They are only feedbacks.

Read achievers’ autobiographies

If you read the autobiographies of the achievers, you will energize yourself. Your battery will be charged. You would notice how they had overcome the obstacles and struggles and finally won. The best example is Thomas Alva Edison. He tried more than 10,000 times to invent the electric bulb. What a burning desire to stay in the achieving path !

Be optimistic

Be an optimistic always. See positive points in every situation. Never be a pessimistic person. This will spoil your creativity, self confidence.

Learn from others also

You can learn from others also. It doesn’t mean that you have to learn by practicing yourself only. Just watch other people. Every step taken by others is a learning point for you also. Only thing is you have to keep your eyes open.

Make a commitment

Commit yourself that you are going achieve. Unless you commit yourself, you will not come out of box. To realize your full potentials, you have to commit to do something extra, something differently and something creatively. Make an impact. Make a difference. You will definitely achieve.

Motivate yourself

Self motivation is the best one. Here are some fundamentals for self-motivation. Think a while and digest each one of them and apply them.
The ultimate motivator is defeat. Once you are defeated, you have nowhere to go except the top.
Then only thing stopping you is yourself.
There is no guarantee that tomorrow will come. So do it today.
Intentions don't count, but action's do.
Don't let who you are, stunt what you want to be.
Success is the greatest motivator.
Your goals must be clear, but the guidelines must be flexible

Look for alternatives

Always look for alternatives and possibilities. This means that you have to do away with rigidity. Sometimes, alternate ways may be very useful, cost effective, time saving. Unless you look for other alternatives, you will miss all these benefits. Don’t have a fixed way to do anything always. The main point is having a way of doing something does not mean it is the best way of doing it.

Have an open mind

Everything you come across and every person you meet can help you - but only if you are open minded and willing to explore the opportunity. If you are not, then you can never truly improve the quality of your life.If you want to be a winner, you can be a winner. If you want to be an achiever, you can be. It is all in your hands.

Believe it ! You are an achiever !!

SELF CONFICENCE SERIES IV

SELF CONFICENCE SERIES IV

Believe in yourself !
You can achieve anything !!

In the last three blogs, we had discussed the necessity of one having self confidence to achieve everything in life. People fear
Ø to meet a new person (higher authority),
Ø to address a meeting,
Ø to take up the issues to higher ups,
due to lack of self confidence. Self confidence allows you to achieve the real goals in your life whether they are to do with work, relationships or just being comfortable with yourself.

Myths of self confidence

1. When we come across successful people, we feel that one has to be borne with silver spoon. This is myth number one. In fact, self confidence can be learned like learning any other game.

2. Some people may feel that once their confidence level goes down, it will be very difficult to build it again. This is the next myth. For any reason, if people lose self confidence, in one issue or issues, they will strike back with greater effort next time. Then at that time, it will be harder to lose it again.

We need other people, to succeed in our lives. At every stage, we need others’ cooperation. Without self confidence, we will miss out the joy that good relationships bring

To gain self confidence, the following exercises will help.
Exercise 1
Write down, what you mean by self confidence ? Start your replies with “I want to be able to..." or "I want to be”. Be clear where you are going/leading.
Define the situations, under which, you need more self confidence ?
Which areas you are good enough and which areas you feel you’re weak..
Write down one thing, which you feel due to lack of self confidence, you didn’t do in the past and that you can do it now better if you have self confidence.

Analyse your answers. You will probably come to an idea of about your self confidence.

Exercise 2

Answer the following questions.
I am a confident person I don’t doubt my ability to do a job I know my strengths and weaknesses I don’t have difficulty in saying “No” I don’t often think that I am not as good as others I don’t worry what others may think of me I don’t expect myself to be perfect all the time It’s not important for me to want to be liked and approved of I smile a lot I am a positive person
If your answer is YES give each one point. Add up the points. Check your confidence levels

Exercise 3

Write down your strengths
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.

Write down your weakness or the areas you want to attend to:

1.
2.
3.
4.
5.

This will make you understand yourself better. Always we analyse about others’ weaknesses, but fail to understand what is the stock we have. Once you know about yourselves, then you can start working towards that. A self appraisal is always required. Most probably, we will do such appraisal only during some personality development training programmes. Not on our own.

Exercise 4:

Write down your failures or setbacks in the recent past.
1.
2.
3.

Now reframe them. List out what you have learnt from them.

Exercise 5 :

Use these self affirmations often. Best method is standing before a mirror and telling yourself by seeing your eyes with emotions.

I am a confident person
I am an achiever
I am powerful
I am powerful
I know my strengths and weaknesses
I can easily say ‘No’ when I really mean it
I am good as like others
I need not expect perfectionism at all times
I am a positive person

Exercise 6

Programme your mind for self confidence:

Sit in a comfortable position. Relax yourselves. Relax your muscles. Have deep breaths. Now concentrate on your breathing Stay in that position for atleast five minutes. .. Then start slowly visualizing the following:

As if you are a confident person, you are meeting a high official and introducing yourselves as a Very Confident Person. Notice what type of dresses you will be wearing, what type of body language you will be exhibiting.

Then visualize as if you are a very rich person. How will you introduce yourselves to others.

Then visualize yourself what you want in your real life and feel as if you have achieved it. How will you move with the people after achieving those goals. Visualize.

Exercise 7

Use power words:

Avoid negative talks. Talk always confidently. Use power words like

SUCCESS
ACHIEVEMENT
CONFIDENCE
POWER
HAPPINERSS
INTEGRITY
LOVE

Use these words as often as you can, in you day to day life. Avoid negative talking persons and such situations.

Remember, we can achieve a lot. The world is full of opportunities. It is upto us to grab the opportunities and succeed in our lives.

SELF CONFIDENCE III

SELF CONFIDENCE SERIES III

With confidence, you can reach truly amazing heights without confidence, even the simplest accomplishments are beyond your grasp.
Jim Loehr

You have gone through the above topic in this blog site.
Have you started practising the techniques given there ? Some of you might have started. Some are yet to start.

Now read out the following sentences:
I like myself.
I am eager to learn new things.
I take pride in doing a good job and being a nice person.
I can handle criticism without being too emotional.
I know what things I am good at, and those that I’m not.
It is okay if I win or if I lose.
Before I do something, I usually think “I can do it.”
I like to try to do things without help but, I don’t mind asking for help if I really need it.
Feeling good to read the above, then you can be sure that you are developing self confidence.

Reframe !

Thomas Edison spent a long time trying to create an incandescent light bulb – to create light from electricity. He is attributed with saying, “I have not failed, I have discovered twelve hundred materials that don’t work.” 1,200! Perhaps you feel you can reframe your failures as learning experiences – as a chance to find out what doesn’t work. But would you be able to do so 1,200 times? Know that failures will occur - and your confidence won’t be as shaken when they come. Use the failures as an opportunity to learn. Realise that every failure puts you that much closer to success. When we reframe our failure as a learning experience we reduce our fear and increase our confidence. Henceforth, there is no failures, only feedbacks.

Watch and model the successful people !

Next time, when you come across highly successful people, just watch them. What do you find ? How they walk ? How they speak ? What is their body language ?
Try to imitate for some days, till you get practice. See the difference in your actions.

Smile !

Smile a lot more. That doesn't mean putting a silly grin on your face! But smile when you walk down the street, when you meet people and generally be happier even if you're not feeling that way

Expose !
Know what you are good at and expose yourself to these opportunities at every opportunity - because you're good at it, you'll enjoy it and have more confidence.

Commit !

Whatever you do, do it with full commitment keeping in mind, you are in charge for that.
See the results.

Use Power Words !

Watch the other people’s conversation. Find out the power words, which gives you power. Start using them in your regular conversation. See that you are empowering somebody, at the same time, you are getting powerful.

Improve !

Improve your body language. Walk little faster. Confident people never walk slowly.

Speak little louder !

Self confident people while talking, they pronounce very clearly and louder enough so that the other person is able to hear fully. (Imagine how you are telling the telephone number to other person, check up whether the other person is asking second time ? ).

Be a front seater !

Wherever meetings or gathering are there, go and take the front seat. Low confident people avoid front rows.

Write down !
Just watch your words. Find out which words let you down. Analyse further, which negative thoughts make you upset and unhappy. Avoid such words and thoughts.

Use !
Write down ten different good phrases. Try to use it daily in your life.

Improve !
Improve your skills. When you improve your skills, you will get self confidence automatically.

Change !
There are two ways of facing difficulties. You either change or alter the difficulty or you can alter yourself to be able to deal with it.

Learn ! Next time, when some setbacks happen, don’t lose heart. Find out what you can learn from this.

SELF CONFIDENCE - II

You have to be a confident person, to achieve whatever you want. Let us see how you can boost your self confidence.

1. Recognize your personal worth:

You may ask how do I know my personal worth . Let the past be the past. From today onwards, maintain a diary and record all your successes, whether it is academic or non-academic. Once you start recording all your successes, you will be feeling proud about you. This will make you feel a person with high esteem. This will bring out some changes in you, in your actions, thoughts, etc. Read often the success diary. In total, this will give you strength.

2 Identify your strengths

Everybody has some special qualities. You and I too have some special qualities. Sit in a calm place and analyse about yourself. What are the strengths you possess ? What are the qualities others appreciate ? What are the special factors about yourself, you feel proud of. List out all these. Initially you may find it difficult to write even two or three. When you think it over, you can write easily ten to fifteen qualities. After writing, go through it again and again. Feel proud.

3. Do not over think

People generally fear with a lot of illusions. Our imagination of ‘how things will happen’ will create some fear psycho and will reduce our confidence level. When you are doing things in the right way, do not fear for anything. We can face it, when things actually happen. What is the fun in creating self pressures with imaginations.

4. Do not compare with others

In this world, everybody is unique. You have some special characteristics. Each individual is unique in his/her character. Hence, you are different from others. Do not compare yourself with others. Having a role model is something different.

5. Be optimistic

Be a positive person always. All that happens is for our good. Look for a positive factor, when something unexpected happens. Everyday morning when you get up, you have two choices, either to be happy or to be sad. If you choose to be happy, tell yourself, ‘Today is going to be the happiest day’. Whatever happens you will feel positive.

6. Set a Happiness mindset

Learn to forgive others. This will free your mind from grudges. Grudges are negative feelings. If you carry these in your system, it will produce negative energy and spoil your positive mood. Be a happy person always. Set a happiness mindset always.

7. Use auto suggestion method

Auto suggestion is nothing but self-talk. By talking to yourself, you can tune your subconscious mind. Stand before a mirror. See yourself (see through your eyes) and tell the suggestions. The following are the sample suggestions:

I am a confident person
I feel proud of myself
I feel good about myself
I have powerful inner strengths
I have a lot of potential to achieve
I am a winner

8. Concentrate on the present, not on the past.

We have no control over whatever happened in the past. We can’t go back and change the incidents. Hence, concentrate on whatever you are doing now. Involve hundred percent, whatever you are doing now.

9. Discover the areas, wherever you lack control

Do a self appraisal. Find out what are the areas you require more attention. What are the areas you want to improve.

10. Accept credits

When somebody compliments you, accept it. You can accept it only when you feel you deserve it. When you deserve it, why don’t you accept it ?

11. Never stop trying

Perseverance pays. You may fail in the first round. It is not actually the failure. It is only the feedback for the efforts you have put forth. Hence, analyse the working, change the strategy, if needed, but don’t give up. Remember, WINNERS NEVER QUIT FROM TRYING. Quitters never win.

12. Won’t ever put yourself down

Whatever happens, don’t feel bad. Continue your journey. Feelings should not upset your success path.

REMEMBER ! YOU ARE GOING TO BE A WINNER IN YOUR LIFE !!

SELF CONFIDENCE - I

There was a recent news item stating that one lady named Rosaria of Mexico, had took just 1.59 minutes to run a 200 meter race. You may ask, what is special in it ? The special factor in this news item is the age of the runner. She is just 95 years old ( or 95 years young ? ). How it is possible to do such an exemplary achievement at this age ? Is it the belief system that “I can achieve”.?

Many a time, we are asking ourselves, ‘whether this is possible for me ? ‘ ‘Can I achieve this ?’, Can I complete this job ?’. But if you analyse the life histories of achievers, you will come to a conclusion that all these people had a strong self confidence.

We should not stop with just questioning this to ourselves. The next stage is action plan. The background support for the action is our self confidence..

Can you imagine the state of mind of the astronauts when they landed first time in Moon in 1969?. It was the confident mood that I CAN DO IT mentality. Because of that only, it was possible for them. Not only that, whenever you say ‘I CAN DO IT’. ‘IT IS POSSIBLE FOR ME’ your body system supports you to perform the job. If you say, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME or I CAN’T DO IT, your entire system makes you sick so that you will not do that job.

We all may be having dreams in our life. (If you don’t have any dream, then have it first). If you don’t have any confidence over your dreams, then it will remain as dreams forever. To give an action plan to your dreams, you need confidence. If you don’t have that, then you will not do even a bit of action to achieve your dreams.

In our life, we have seen many people who has self confidence becoming achievers...Apart from this, those who have self confidence, find it easy to come out of stress, at any point of time. They rarely undergo stressful conditions. Those who has little self confidence, suffer most at that time.

If your are lacking in self confidence you will find all the things difficult. When you are confident enough, you will find all the things damn easy. When you are allotted a particular job, if you lack in self confidence, you will be fearing how you are going to complete this particular job. Your energies will be wasted on such fears and doubts. If you are really confident enough, you can concentrate hundred per cent in that particular job and succeed.

You should have solid self confidence and reliable, to make most things easy and fun. Self confidence will allow you to achieve your goals in your life. You will find it difficult to fulfill
our potential areas, if you are not confident enough about yourselves. You are found more relaxed with your old friends, relatives. You enjoy the time. But when you asked to address a new gathering, you feel shivering. You could really feel ‘I can’t do this, should I take it or leave it’.

Could you go into any situation with curiosity and a sense of fun, with the thought ‘Whatever happens here, I’ll be fine ?’. Guess, how would things be in that situation ?

This is not only possible, it is pretty easy too. But it will take a little work from you. Just keep the benefits in mind.

Whatever be the situation, just easily, calmly confident about who you are and what you can do. You have to motivate yourself. Think a little about it now. If you are confident, you will deal with such old situations, which you find difficult. You will handle that person that currently causes you problems in a casual manner without much difficulty.

You have the ability to empower you with confidence. You can bring the confidence into yourselves. Just allow yourself to achieve everything you are capable of. You are capable of solving any situation, finding solution for any difficult problems.

With efforts alone, you cannot build up self confidence. With more practice and making it a habit, you can do it. Instead of anticipating what may happen, how to come across, learn to enjoy the situation in a relaxed manner.

We will learn some ways to boost self confidence in the next issue.

Achievement begins with self confidence
Happiness follows
